Who shows up
One engineer, a known rig.
Red Arrow Live is a live sound and lighting company in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It is veteran owned, it books one show a night, and the person who quotes your show is the person who mixes it.
One show a night
A date on this site is either open or it is not. There is no second crew and no sub-contracted rig, so nothing gets double-booked and nobody arrives at your load-in having never seen the gear before.
That is also why the calendar sits on the front page instead of behind a contact form. The answer to “are you free on the 14th” should not cost you an email and two days.
What we bring, and what we don't
We bring the PA, the floor monitors, the lighting and the engineer to run them. Power, staging and backline are the venue's or the band's — we do not supply a stage, and we will tell you before you book if the power in the room will not carry the rig you picked.
Every package is a 4-hour show with load-in, setup and teardown included, and a 20-minute grace period before overtime starts. The booking form prices the show you are actually asking for, including anything unusual about the room.
That is live sound production for a band playing a bar or a hall, a wedding, or a festival slot — concert sound sized to the room in front of it, not one PA for every room.
Veteran owned
The mark on this site is the Red Arrow — the shoulder insignia of the 32nd Infantry Division, a Wisconsin unit. It is where the name comes from. That is the whole of the story, and it is the last you will hear about it: it is a fact about the company, not a reason to hire it.
Where we work
Green Bay and the Fox Valley. Travel is included within 20 miles of Green Bay; outside that there is a flat travel fee by ZIP code, shown before you confirm anything. Past 100 miles usually means an overnight, which we price by hand rather than by formula.
If we can't take the date
We take up to 24 hours to confirm a booking, and that window is real: it is when we check the room, the power and the load-in against what you have told us. If we don't have the date available, you pay nothing. Nothing is charged, and most bookings never need a deposit at all.
