Red Arrow Live

Terms of Service

Red Arrow Live Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms cover bookings made through redarrowlive.com. Booking a date means you agree to them. If something here doesn't work for your event, call us — most of it is negotiable before you book, and none of it after.

1. What we do

Red Arrow Live provides live sound reinforcement and stage lighting in Wisconsin. We supply the PA, monitors, lighting, and the engineer. We are not a venue, a promoter, or a talent agency.

2. Booking and confirmation

No deposit is required for most bookings. You book the date, we confirm it, and you pay for the show around the event itself. See section 5.

We hold a 24-hour review window. After you book online, we review the event details. If we can't deliver what your event actually needs — the venue is bigger than the package, the power isn't there, the load-in is impossible — we will cancel within 24 hours at no charge to you, and refund anything you have paid. No fee, no argument. That window protects both of us: you don't get a rig that's wrong for the room, and we don't commit to a show we can't crew.

After 24 hours the booking is firm and the cancellation terms in section 6 apply. Holding your date has real value to us — we turn down other work for it — which is why those terms exist even though we don't ask for money up front.

Some events can't be booked online. Anything larger than our biggest package, further than 100 miles, sooner than 14 days out, spanning multiple days, or requiring a second stage, recording, or video will route to a quote request instead — as will any booking where the power available is unknown, or where Full Production is requested at a venue with only 20A circuits. That isn't a rejection — it's an event that needs a conversation.

3. What's included, and what isn't

Every package is a four-hour show and includes load-in, setup, and teardown at no additional charge. The four hours are performance time — the window in which sound is being reinforced — not the total time we are on site.

Each package lists its channel count, gear, and crew. Unless your confirmation says otherwise, a booking does not include:

If you need any of it, ask before the event. We'd rather quote it than improvise it on a loading dock.

Overtime. The first 20 minutes past the four-hour window are included at no charge. Beyond that, the overtime rate for your package applies automatically, per hour or part thereof — 40 minutes over the grace period is billed as one hour. We may waive it at our discretion on the night, but it is not something to be negotiated at the end of the show.

4. Travel

Travel within 20 miles of Green Bay is included. Beyond that, a travel fee is added at booking based on the venue's ZIP code and shown before you pay. Events more than 100 miles out are quoted individually, because they usually involve an overnight.

5. Payment

No deposit is normally required. You can book a date without paying anything up front.

We may ask for a deposit of 50% of the booked total for larger events, first-time clients, dates we're turning other work down for, or bookings made far in advance. If we do, we'll tell you when you book, and the date isn't held until that deposit clears.

6. Cancellation

By you:

When you cancelWhat you owe
Within 24 hours of bookingNothing. Anything paid is refunded in full.
More than 30 days before the eventNothing. Anything paid is refunded in full.
30 days or fewer before the event50% of the booked total, including any travel fee. Anything paid beyond that is refunded.

Inside 30 days we have almost certainly turned down other work for your date and can't replace it, which is what that last row reflects. If we can rebook the date, we'll waive the fee — tell us as early as you can and we'll try.

If you cancel inside 30 days and haven't paid anything yet, we will invoice you for the 50%, due on the original event date.

By us: if we cancel for any reason other than your breach of these terms, you get a full refund of everything paid, and we will make a genuine effort to find you a comparable replacement provider. We do not owe you consequential damages.

7. What we need from you

To deliver the service, you or the venue must provide:

8. Our equipment

All equipment remains our property. You are responsible for damage to it caused by you, your performers, or your guests — including drinks on consoles, damage during your own load-in, and theft from an area you controlled.

Only Red Arrow Live personnel operate our equipment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9. Weather and things outside anyone's control

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control: severe weather, power failure, venue closure, illness, accident, road closure, or government order.

If we can't perform for one of these reasons, you receive a full refund of everything paid. If you cancel for one of these reasons, we will make a reasonable effort to reschedule or refund, but our costs already incurred — travel, subcontracted crew, rented gear — may be retained.

Outdoor events are subject to our judgment about safety. We will not operate electrical equipment in conditions we consider unsafe, and that judgment is ours to make on site.

10. Recordings and photos

You may record your own event. We may take photos or short video of our rig and the room for our own portfolio and social media, and we'll avoid making individual guests the subject. Tell us before the event if you'd rather we didn't and we'll respect it.

11. Limitation of liability

Except for injury or property damage we cause through negligence, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for lost profits, lost ticket sales, lost sponsorship, or other indirect losses.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Brown County, Wisconsin.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your booking is the one published when you booked, and we'll keep a copy on request.
